The goal of any coaching is to facilitate deep learning and lasting change, encouraging you to perform at your best. It will challenge, stimulate and shine a light on areas such as health and well-being, relationships, work-life balance, confidence, self esteem, and spirituality.
Having suffered from low self esteem and an eating disorder for many years, I understand what it feels like to be trapped in a cycle of negative behaviour. It wasn’t until I discovered a deeper meaning to life and my purpose in the world that I started to overcome that which had held me back for so long.
Heart Centred Coaching encourages you to open your heart, acknowledge what is truly important in your life and focus on opportunities for change and transformation, whilst honouring the past, which has brought you to where you are now.

Reiki is a Japanese technique promoting healing, stress reduction and relaxation. It is performed with hands placed either on or near your fully clothed body. It is a holistic system which can help to heal, balance and harmonise the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body.
